  • Where do I get my wristband?
    Present Print-At-Home ticket or a barcode from a mobile device at any Box Office to receive a wristband and any other festival credentials you purchased. Box Offices are located at the North Gate music bowl entrance and at the entrance to each campground.
  • What if my wristband is damaged, lost or stolen?
    Damaged wristbands or too tight wristbands can be exchanged for a new wristband at any Box Office for a $25 fee. Must turn in damaged wristband to receive replacement band. *If your wristband is too loose, please tighten to on finger width of space. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. You are required to purchase a new wristband at the current price to be permitted to stay at the festival. Report lost wristband to security immediately. Stolen wristbands will not be replaced. You are required to purchase a new wristband at the current price to be permitted to stay at the festival. Report a stolen wristband to security immediately.
  • Do I need identification?
    Yes. You must carry ID on you at all times. 21+ wristbands are available at designated locations. ID proof must still be present at all times. Any person consuming alcohol under the age of 21 will be fully prosecuted and is subject to ejection.
  • Do I have to be a certain age to attend NDCF?
    Children under the age 18 are welcome to attend the festival with an admission ticket and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while always supervised. It is not recommended children under the age of 12 attend due to the nature of this event. Please use discretion. Children 5 and under are free admission to GA area only. All ages must have an admission ticket to enter VIP. Police will be notified of any unsupervised children.
  • Can I bring a lawn chair?
    Yes. Bring your lawn chair to the designated Lawn Area of the music bowl. Arrive early to get the best spot!!! Folding lawn chairs only All chair bags will be searched One chair per person No reserving a spot without a chair Absolutely NO chairs are permitted in the VIP pit (wheelchairs are welcome) Remove chair at the end of each day Any chair or blanket left overnight will be discarded NDCF is NOT responsible for any theft, injury, damage to personal property or person. NDCF will assume NO Liability or responsibility for chairs left in the festival area overnight Small blankets no larger than 6’x8’ are allowed behind the lawn chair area
  • What about weapons?
    No Weapons of any kind are allowed in festival areas – All persons and vehicles are subject to search. Confiscated items will not be returned, so please leave them at home.
  • Can I bring my pets?
    Absolutely NO PETS of any kind allowed.
  • Can I fly my drone?
    Sorry, no Drones are allowed.
  • Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
    Yes, but only in the campgrounds. No outside food or beverage is allowed in Main Street or the music bowl.
  • Can I bring an ATV or golf cart?
    No personal off-road vehicles allowed No bicycles allowed
  • Health & Hygiene
    The health and safety of our guests, volunteers, vendors, partners, and performers is our top priority. Heightened sanitation, health, and safety protocols will be in place. These health and safety protocols will be modified based on evolving standards, public health and governmental directives. ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH ALL POSTED HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS. Note: Cow Road is closed to the public during the event for the safety of guests. Vehicles will not be permitted to drive up to the Salem Sue viewing area. However, attendees are permitted to walk up to the viewing area. LET’S KEEP EACH OTHER SAFE AND HEALTHY. CLEANING & SANITATION All areas of ND Country Fest will be cleaned and sanitized regularly with a disinfectant proven to kill 99.9% of bacteria/viruses. DIGITAL TICKETING All event tickets and passes for ND Country Fest can be touchless scanned from mobile devices. Just show the barcode for scanning of each ticket ordered. Hint: To expedite the ticket redemption process, save each PDF to your photo app for quick access. CLEAR BAG POLICY Guests are encouraged to only bring necessary items into Main Street Marketplace and Music Bowl in a clear bag to limit contact with personal items at security checkpoints. No outside food or beverage is permitted to be brought into Main Street Marketplace or the Music Bowl. PERSONAL HYGIENE All guests, volunteers, partners, and performers are encouraged to wash their hands several times throughout the day and use the hand sanitizing dispensers conveniently located throughout the venue. RESPIRATORY ETIQUETTE All guests, volunteers, partners, and performers are encouraged to cover mouths and noses when coughing or sneezing with a sleeve or a tissue, and then disposing of the tissue properly, and sanitizing hands immediately afterward. IF SICK, STAY HOME If you or any member of your party is feeling sick or has any symptoms associated with COVID-19 please stay home and do not come to ND Country Fest. People who have any COVID-19 symptoms should get tested right away and stay home except to receive medical care.
  • Other Festival Rules & Policies
    No soliciting product of any kind in the Campgrounds, Main Street, Frontier Village, Music Bowl, or Parking Lots. Only official NDCF sponsors, vendors and affiliates are permitted to solicit products. You must clean up after yourself and clean your campsite prior to departure. Garbage and aluminum recycling bags are free and available from any camp host. Anyone contributing to an unkept campsite or music bowl area is subject to ejection. All patrons assume complete risk and responsibility for any theft, injury, damage to personal property or person. ND Country Fest will assume NO Liability or responsibility. No Liability is assumed by ND Country Fest owners, sponsors, volunteers, promoters, or anyone else affiliated with the festival. Any person under the age of 21 consuming alcohol will be fully prosecuted and subject to ejection. Management does reserve the right to remove anyone or group at any time at its own discretion. There are no refunds granted to a removed or ejected person or group. NDCF does reserve the right to make any changes to the festival experience, artist lineup and stage schedules at any time and without prior notice. No professional camera or video equipment is permitted in any area (point-and-shoot (pocket) cameras and cell phones are permitted). NDCF will assume NO liability or responsibility for abandoned, lost, or stolen personal items No tents of any kind allowed in the music bowl No umbrellas larger than handheld size allowed in music bowl
  • What is the cost for parking?
    $20 per day for General and ADA Parking $40 per day for VIP Parking. Parking can be purchased in advance on the ticket store or at the event. Cash only for parking purchased onsite at the festival.
  • Where do I park?
    Follow signs to the designated Day Parking lots located along Cow Road for VIP and Frontier Campground Entrance for GA, Staff, and Vendors. We highly encourage carpooling and a designated driver.
  • If I am camping, can I park an additional vehicle?
    Yes, Extra Vehicle Parking is available to folks that have more than one vehicle traveling with their camping group. Only one steering wheel is allowed at each campsite. Extra Vehicle Parking can be purchased online or once you arrive.
  • Can I leave my car in the parking lot overnight?
    Overnight parking, camping, RVs, and tents of any kind are prohibited in all festival day-parking lots. All vehicles must be removed from day-parking lots by 2 AM. Vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense without notice. Sleeping in a vehicle is not permitted in any festival parking lot. Overnight camping is permitted only in festival campgrounds. Tickets for camping are required.
  • Will there be ADA parking?
    ADA Parking is located immediately west of North Gate. Vehicle must be ADA registered A hang tag must accompany the registered vehicle If you require mobility assistance, as any parking staff to contact someone to assist you.
  • Can we tailgate in the parking lot?
    No. Prohibited activities and items at parking lots include but are not limited to Travel Trailers, RVs, Tents, Campfires, Cooking, Grills, Consuming Alcohol, Games, Tents, Solicitation of any sort, Unauthorized Ticket Sellers, Selling of Products, and anything NDCF management chooses to prohibit at any time for any reason.
  • Where do I check in for my Vehicle Pass and Camping Wristbands?

  • What about camping tickets?
    Camp with us Thursday Night, Friday Night and Saturday Night in the VIP and Frontier Campgrounds. Festival Tickets do not include Camping, and Camping Spots and Camping Admission does not include Festival Admission. Camping tickets Festival tickets are sold separately. Guests must purchase Camp Admission ticket in order to have access to any campground. Camping sites are limited and we anticipate selling out quickly.
  • When is load-in? Can I reserve specific camping spots?
    Frontier site selection is on a first come, first served basis. VIP is pre-reserved sites. Get here Thursday - Saturday 9:00 AM for load in. Load in will end for campers at 9:00 PM daily. Also, you may Purchase Early Campground Entry or Drop-Off for your specific campground and camp with us Wednesday Night Too! *Wednesday Early Camp begins in Frontier at 11 AM; VIP at 9 AM. All campsites must be clean and vacated by 12:00 PM Sunday. (No exceptions).
  • How many people can use a single camping site?
    The maximum number of people per campsite is 6.
  • Are we allowed to have campfires?
    We follow the recommendations of Morton County Burn Ban. If they allow it we will. All campfires must be monitored at all times, kept small and contained inside an approved fire ring, minimum of 10’ clearance around all sides. Only certified firewood allowed. If uncertain, contact North Dakota Department of Agriculture for more info.
  • How big are the camping sites?
    Standard sites are approximately 20’ x 50’. XL sites are approximately 30’ x 50’. You can place one RV, camper or tent on a site. (Only One Steering Wheel Allowed per site).
  • Can I park additional vehicles on my site?
    ONLY one Steering Wheel Allowed per campsite. (Extra Vehicle Parking can be purchased online or at the festival).
  • Are there any hook-ups for power, sewer or water?
    No. All spots are primitive.
  • Are there refunds?
    Due to the nature of this event there are No Refunds or Exchanges on any Ticket Type. This is a Rain or Shine Event Artists are subject to change
  • What are the rules in the campgrounds?
    All vehicles and campers are subject to search. Redeem any Print At Home camping permits at the Off Site Box Office Wednesday or Thursday and at Golden West Box Office Friday and Saturday. All available tickets types will also be able to be purchased at any Box Office location. Early Camping Entry or Drop-Off Check-in (additional fee applies) opens Wednesday, 9:00 AM at VIP campground, 11:00 AM at Frontier Campground. All campgrounds officially open (no additional fees) Thursday, 9:00 AM – Sunday, 12:00 PM. Checkout is Sunday, 12:00 PM. Anyone without authorized consent refusing to leave the campground by checkout time will be ejected by Morton County Sheriff. Setting up your camper after 9:00 PM each night is not permitted due to safety concerns. If you arrive after 9:00 PM you will be required to stage at the Golden West parking lot until 9:00 AM the next morning. Any RV, travel trailer or tent and tow vehicle including tables, chairs, shade tents, fire pits, grills and lawn games must fit within the designated 20’ x 50’ campsite footprint. Absolutely no blocking of roadways is permitted. Maximum number of people per campsite is 6 KEEP IT CLEAN with ECO Sanitation – The great folks of New Salem and Morton County have allowed us to use the venue and surrounding property for a NDGoodTime. Do your part to KEEP IT CLEAN. Place all of your waste in designated containers conveniently located throughout the venue. Please place all aluminum in the proper recycling container. Curbside campground waste collection will occur each morning. Just place your bagged waste at the road and the curbside staff with ECO Sanitation will collect it for you. Please separate all aluminum. Sites are first come first serve. Arrive early for the best spot. Saving a Spot for a friend is not permitted. If you wish to camp next to each other you must arrive and check-in at the same time. Please notify camp staff of everyone that is in your group. We will do our best to ensure you enter the campground together. However, NDCF cannot guarantee you will be able to camp together due to the first come first serve policy. All campsites are primitive with no electrical or water hookups. You are permitted to use a quiet personal generator with proper muffler system. Please be courteous and point generator exhaust away from any person, tent or vehicle. Quiet Time is 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM. Any mechanical or amplified noise is prohibited during this time. Safety checks will regularly occur to monitor safe camping conditions. Please notify campground staff or security of any concern. Security will be present in the campgrounds at all times. No personal ATVs, off-road vehicles, golf carts, mopeds, dirt bikes or any other type of personal motorized recreational vehicle are permitted. Only one vehicle is permitted in each campsite. All extra vehicles in your group must be placed in the Extra Vehicle Parking Lot located in each campground (additional fee applies). Violators towed at owner’s expense. No camping permitted in any parking lot. Festival Admission ticket must accompany a Camp Admission ticket to be permitted access to any campground. Camp Admission tickets and Campsite passes do not include Festival Admission. All individuals staying in the campground are required to have a Camp Admission ticket. All vehicles in the campgrounds must have the proper pass displayed at all times. Show your wristband each time you enter the campground.
  • What if my RV is 32’ or longer?
    XL campsites are available to purchase online or at the gate in all campgrounds while supplies last.
  • Group Camping
    No enclosed campsites. All sites must remain open to the front.
