TICKET POLICY

Absolutely No Refunds

Enter at your own risk.

All Print At Home Tickets are redeemed at any Box Office.

Visit the ID Check station to get your 21+ wristband to purchase and consume alcohol inside the concert area. You MUST wear this wristband to purchase and consume alcohol inside the festival area.

Carry your ID at all times.

Purchase your Beverage Tickets at the TICKET Booths located around the festival area.
GENERAL POLICY

ND Country Fest is a rain-or-shine event.

Artists are subject to change without notice.
-
Admission Wristbands are required to be worn at all times while attending ND Country Fest... BOTH for the Music Bowl and Campgrounds.

You must have a Weekend Music Bowl Admission Ticket plus Camp Admission Ticket to stay in or visit any campground.

Anyone with a tampered wristband is subject to removal by Festival Security.

Admission and Camping wristbands are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

ZERO Tolerance for underage drinking. Any person consuming alcohol under the age of 21 will be prosecuted and subject to ejection.

No glass allowed.

No banned substances allowed.

No drones allowed.

No fireworks allowed

No weapons of any sort allowed.

No dangerous or lewd games allowed.

No pets allowed.

Unruly behavior is not tolerated. You are subject to immediate ejection for exhibiting any violent or aggressive behavior.

No soliciting of any kind. Only authorized sponsors and affiliates are permitted to solicit.

All patrons, workers, agents, and affiliates of ND Country Fest assume complete risk and responsibility for any theft, damage to personal property, or personal injury. NDCF will assume NO liability or responsibility. No liability is assumed by NDCF owners, agents, sponsors, volunteers, affiliates, promoters, stakeholders, or anyone else associated with the festival.

NDCF and management reserve the right to remove anyone or any group at any time at their discretion. There are absolutely no refunds granted to a person or group that has been ejected.

NDCF does reserve the right to make any changes at any time as deemed appropriate to facilitate making this a safe and great weekend.

By purchasing a ticket to any event produced by ND Country Fest LLC and it’s subsidiaries, entering any of the venues and premises, and being present, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice, and name to be used for any purpose whatsoever in promotion of ND Country Fest LLC and its subsidiaries. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on your approved consent by you entering any event or venue. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter any ND Country Fest LLC events or venues.
FESTIVAL POLICY

Music Bowl Admission Tickets do not include access or admission to campgrounds. Camp Admission is sold separately.

It is highly recommended that you use a festival shuttle, taxi, carpool, or have a designated driver.

Searches and wanding will be performed at all gates.
-
Empty in/Empty out. No outside food or beverage allowed in Frontier Village or Music Bowl. No purchased food or beverage is permitted to leave the area of purchase. Only one sealed, up to 20oz, plastic bottle of water per person is permitted.

No coolers or large bags.
-
All NDCF Bars take Beverage Tickets ONLY. Purchase your Beverage Tickets at the TICKET Booths are located around the festival area.

Lawn chairs are only allowed in the designated Lawn Area in the middle of the Music Bowl on both sides. Lawn chair placement is on a first come first serve basis. Arrive early to claim your best spot.

One chair per ticket holder. Chair bags will be searched.

Small blankets (no larger than 6’x8’) are allowed behind and to the side of the designated Lawn Area only.

Unattended lawn chairs are subject to be removed.
-
Do not leave lawn chairs or blankets overnight, they will be removed and discarded after closing each night.

No tents or large shade umbrellas permitted in Music Bowl.

KEEP IT CLEAN. Please be respectful of the land and your neighbor. Clean up after yourself. Waste and recycling containers are conveniently placed throughout the festival area. Recycle all aluminum in the designated container.
POLICY

All vehicles and campers are subject to search.

All available ticket types will also be able to be purchased at any Box Office location.

Early Camping Check-in (additional fee applies) opens Wednesday, 9:00 AM at VIP Campground, 11:00 AM at Frontier Campground.

All campgrounds are open (with no additional fees) Thursday, 9:00 AM – Sunday, 12:00 PM.

Checkout is Sunday, 12:00 PM. Anyone without authorized consent refusing to leave the campground by checkout time will be ejected by Morton County Sheriff.

Setting up your camper after 9:00 PM each night is not permitted due to safety concerns. If you arrive after 9:00 PM you will be required to stage off-site until 9:00 AM the next morning.

Any RV, travel trailer, or tent and tow vehicle including tables, chairs, shade tents, firepits, grills, and lawn games must fit within the designated campsite footprint.

Absolutely no blocking of roadways is permitted.
-
The maximum number of people per campsite is 6.

KEEP IT CLEAN – The great folks of New Salem and Morton County have allowed us to use the venue and surrounding property. Do your part to KEEP IT CLEAN!

Place all of your waste in designated containers conveniently located throughout the venue. Please place all aluminum in the proper recycling container.

Curbside campground waste collection will occur each morning. Just place your bagged waste near the road and the curbside staff will collect it for you. Please separate all aluminum.

Frontier Campground sites are first come first serve. Arrive early for the best spot.

Saving a Spot for a friend is not permitted. If you wish to camp next to each other you must arrive and check-in at the same time. Please notify the camp staff of everyone that is camping in your group. We will do our best to ensure you enter the campground together. However, NDCF cannot guarantee you will be able to camp together due to the first come first serve policy.

All campsites are primitive with no electric or water hookups, except for limited electrical sites located in VIP Campground.

You are permitted to use a quiet personal generator with a proper muffler system. Please be courteous and point generator exhaust away from any person, tent, or vehicle.

Quiet Time is 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM. Any mechanical or amplified noise is prohibited during this time.

No glass allowed.

Safety checks will regularly occur to monitor safe camping conditions. Please notify Campground Staff or Security of any concern.

Security will be present in the campgrounds at all times.

No personal ATVs, off-road vehicles, golf carts, mopeds, dirt bikes, or any other type of personal motorized or non-motorized recreational vehicle is permitted.

Only one vehicle/steering wheel is permitted in each campsite. All additional vehicles in your group must be placed in the Extra Vehicle Parking Lot located in each campground (additional fee applies). Violators towed at the owner’s expense.

No camping permitted in any parking lot.

Weekend Music Bowl Admission tickets must accompany a Camp Admission ticket to be permitted access to any campground.

Camp Admission tickets and Campsite passes do not include Festival Admission.

All individuals staying in the campground are required to have a Camp Admission ticket.

All vehicles in the campgrounds must have the proper pass displayed at all times.

Show your wristband each time you enter the campground.
EMERGENCY CONTACT
If you have an emergency that requires the attention of event emergency personnel, immediately seek out a manager or volunteer who will contact the proper personnel to assist you. In cases of dire emergency, dial 9-1-1. In the case of severe or inclement weather, attendees will be notified via the Video Walls, PA, and social network announcements with information about the alert and further instructions or preparedness actions. ND Country Fest constantly monitors inclement weather in real-time in conjunction with the National Weather Service and its own onsite weather software, utilizing local Emergency Management and weather spotter networks to assist in gathering the most accurate and timely data to provide information and actions relative to your safety. In case of approaching severe weather, Morton County will also send out text alerts to all cell phones in the area.
